Objectives of the NIMI Task Tracking System

1) The main objective is to track the tasks of various departments within NIMI campus
2) Department wise works on progress and completed and duration evolution can be done
3) Load on various departments can be analysed and distributed accordingly
4) Find requirement of man power to overcome overloaded on specific department / person
5) Analyse the overall performance, drop of tasks, delays and reasons of various activities

Who can Enrole ?

Any NIMIans can enrole, including, Director Level, Managers, Asst.Managers, Section Heads, Staff, Junior Assts., Consultants, Junior Consultants, MDCs and all related role persons can enrole. Their work assignments will be monitored through this Tracking system and timely review will be done ensuring the tasks are done effectively and in a prescribed time frame. Enrole Now !
